  • Usage data: searches performed, profile views, and work requests submitted, used for basic platform analytics.

  • To operate the technician search and directory features.
  • To deliver work opportunity requests between employers and technicians.
  • To maintain platform security and investigate reported profiles.
  • To improve the Platform based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

3. What's Public vs. Private

Published technician profiles (name, headline, skills, tools, certifications, work history, and location) are visible to anyone who visits the Platform. Phone number and email are only shown publicly if you explicitly opt in. Resumes and certification documents are stored privately and only accessible through time-limited, access-controlled links.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Work request details you submit to a technician are shared only with that technician. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices including row-level database security, encrypted storage, and access-controlled file uploads. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Your Choices

  • You can edit or remove profile information at any time from your dashboard.
  • You can unpublish your technician profile to remove it from public search.
  • You can delete uploaded files (resume, certification documents) at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
