TXBUK works because technicians and businesses trust the information on the Platform. These guidelines keep it that way.

For Technicians

• List only skills, certifications, and experience you actually have.
• Keep your availability status current so businesses can rely on it.
• Only upload certification documents and resumes that are genuinely yours.
• Respond to work opportunity requests professionally and promptly.

For Businesses

• Provide accurate job details when submitting a work opportunity.
• Perform your own due diligence -- TXBUK does not currently perform background checks.
• Do not use contact information obtained through TXBUK for unrelated solicitation.

Not Allowed

• Fake or impersonated profiles.
• Discriminatory job postings or messages.
• Spam, scraping, or automated account creation.
• Uploading malicious or inappropriate files.

Reporting a Problem

If you encounter a profile that violates these guidelines, use the "Report" option on that profile. Our team reviews reports and may disable accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service.
